Camembert is a soft cream cheese made from cow"s milk. The product is light white. Gives a delicate, slightly mushroom flavor The cheese is named after the town of Camembert in the Orn region of France. This cheese is made from cow"s milk, sometimes with a small amount of skim milk. In hot weather, the production of this cheese is difficult, so the camembert is usually prepared from September to May.
