Toma is one of the most popular Italian cheeses. It is mainly produced in the Aosta Valley and Piedmont regions of northern Italy. This soft or semi-hard cheese, which combines the famous features of the region, is made from cow"s milk.Goes well with pasta, risotto, cheese sandwiches, melted or fried vegetables. In addition, peaches, honey, fruit compotes, fig jam, roasted nuts, balsamic syrup and sauteed greens are served.
